Nigeria’s First Lady, Remi Tinubu Hails Hilda Baci’s New Guinness World Record On Culinary Excellence

Commendations have continued to poured in for Nigeria’s celebraty chef, Hilda Baci as First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu congratulated her on the latest Guinness World Record achievement for the largest serving of Nigerian-style Jollof rice cooking.

In a goodwill message, Mrs. Tinubu described Hilda’s feat as an inspiring demonstration of passion, resilience, and creativity in showcasing one of Nigeria’s most beloved dishes on the global stage.

According to her, Hilda’s artistry and culinary techniques have brought immense pride to the nation, winning both national and international recognition.
