The Executive Director of Uyo Infomedia Limited, a Public Relations and Digital Media Company, Mr. Michael Ukanga Ekpo has been appointed as a Senior Legislative Aide to the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio.

The appointment, which was announced at the weekend by Senator Akpabio takes immediate effect.

Mr. Ekpo’s appointment has been described as a well-deserved recognition of his dedication, competence, and years of service in public administration and legislative affairs.

As a staunch member of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Mr. Ekpo will bring his energy and passion to bear in his new portfolio.

Meanwhile, congratulations have continued to pour in since the news broke out on Sunday.

The latest came from the Special Assistant to the Àkwa Ibom State Governor on New Media and Digital Communications, Mr. Destiny Young.

In a congratulatory message from Mr. Young, friends, colleagues and associates, they commended Mr. Ekpo’s appointment as timely, expressing the confidence that, he will maintain the confidence repose in him
