♦GOV. UMO ENO ANNOUNCES JOB OPENINGS IN STATE CIVIL SERVICE
Governor Umo Eno has officially announced the recruitment of new personnel in the State Civil Service. Speaking at the May Edition of the Government House Covenant Service held at the Banquet Hall in Uyo, the Governor revealed that “We have announced employment in the State Civil Service. Two of the vacancies have already been made public – the positions of Occupational Safety Officers and State Counsels.”
Governor Eno emphasized the importance of the application process by encouraging citizens to assist their children in applying for these positions. He stated, “Kindly let your wards go to the State’s ARISE Portal to apply.” This call to action is crucial as the Governor stressed that “it will be difficult for anybody to get that job if he or she is not registered on the Portal.”
The application process will include evaluations, as pointed out by the Governor: “Applicants will be invited for examinations and get employed at the end of their evaluations.” This structured approach aims to ensure that the most qualified candidates are selected for the crucial roles of Occupational Safety Officers and State Counsels.
With this announcement, Governor Umo Eno not only underlines the state government’s commitment to providing employment opportunities but also ensures a transparent and organized recruitment process through the ARISE Portal. Interested applicants are encouraged to act swiftly to secure their chance to contribute to the state development
