CALABAR – In a decisive move to deepen citizen participation and accelerate development, Chief (Dr.) Emmanuel Ironbar, Chief of Staff to Governor Bassey Otu, officially inaugurated the executive members of the Cross River State Consultative Forum.

The new socio-political group aims to foster active citizen engagement, promote state interests, and support the ongoing voter registration exercise across the state.
