Uyo Infomedia Ltd has unveiled an ambitious roadmap to break new grounds and scale its operations in 2026, following a strategic New Year Virtual Management Meeting held at the company’s Head Office on Monday January 5, 2026 at No. 13 Affia Street, Uyo.
The meeting, which brought together management and staff, focused on setting clear goals and objectives aimed at strengthening the company’s market presence, improving internal operations and positioning Uyo Infomedia as a leading force in the digital marketing and media space.
Addressing staff at the session, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Mr. Etim Edet, formally welcomed employees into the New Year and commended them for their dedication, resilience and hard work throughout the outgone year.
He noted that the collective efforts of staff were instrumental to the company’s stability and growth despite prevailing industry challenges.
Mr. Edet expressed strong optimism about the prospects of 2026, describing the year as one filled with greater opportunities for innovation, expansion and professional excellence.
He, however, charged staff to rise to the occasion by demonstrating extraordinary leadership, renewed team spirit and unwavering determination in the pursuit of the company’s milestones.
“2026 holds more in store for Uyo Infomedia, but our success will depend on our willingness to think creatively, work collaboratively and remain committed to excellence,” the MD/CEO stated, urging staff to embrace the company’s vision with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
As part of key management decisions announced at the meeting, Mrs. Blessing Bassey was named the new Head of Marketing, a move management said was aimed at strengthening the company’s brand visibility and market penetration.
Other management and departmental heads were retained, maintaining the existing leadership structure for operational continuity.
In his remarks, the Executive Director, Operations, Mr. Michael Ekpo, aligned with the MD/CEO’s vision and emphasized the need for a more robust and enabling working atmosphere to drive productivity and innovation.
He stressed that improved internal processes and staff welfare would be critical to achieving the company’s strategic goals.
Mr. Ekpo called for collective commitment from all departments, noting that a positive work environment would enhance efficiency, creativity and service delivery across board.
